Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of workflow automation consulting and the digital delivery of our assets, our refund policy is strictly defined.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Pre-Commencement: If you request a refund before any consultation or technical work has begun, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Mid-Project: Once the workflow audit has been completed or technical building has commenced in n8n/Make, partial refunds are solely at the discretion of SyncState based on the amount of work completed.
• Post-Delivery: Because digital blueprints and workflow files cannot be "returned," no refunds will be issued once the final project deliverables have been handed over.

If a technical issue arises caused directly by our implementation (within the 7-day review period), we will prioritize fixing the issue rather than issuing a refund.
