We understand that business priorities can shift. If you need to cancel an order you have placed through syncstate.site, the following conditions apply:

Cancellation Window You may cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of purchasing a service package, provided you have not already completed the onboarding consultation or handed over credentials for us to begin work.

How to Cancel To cancel an order, you must send an email to contact@syncstate.site with the subject line "Order Cancellation - [Your Business Name]." Please include your receipt or transaction number in the body of the email. Approved cancellations will be processed, and the funds will be returned to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
