Delivery Policy
Because SyncState offers digital consulting and software automation services, no physical goods are shipped. This policy outlines how our digital deliverables are handed over to you.
Digital Delivery Mechanism All deliverables, including Visual Workflow Blueprints (PDFs), exported automation scenarios (n8n/Make JSON files), setup documentation, and video tutorials, will be delivered digitally via email or a secure shared cloud drive.
Estimated Delivery Timelines Delivery timelines commence once we have received both your payment and the required access/information to begin work. Standard timelines are as follows:
- Tier 1 (Workflow Audit & Blueprint): Within 2 Business Days
- Tier 2 (Single-Task Automation): Within 3 Business Days
- Tier 3 (Advanced Multi-App Workflow): Within 5 Business Days
- Tier 4 (Complete "Autopilot" System): Within 7 Business Days
Acceptance of Delivery Upon delivery of the final digital assets and completion of the live testing phase, the project is considered delivered. You will have a 7-day review period to report any immediate bugs or deviations from the agreed-upon scope, which we will rectify free of charge.
